Due to the growing interest in composite materials and the high demand for such materials,&#13;
an attempt was made to compare a number of technologies that were used at the Institute of&#13;
Technology of the Pedagogical University in research on microstructure control. The paper&#13;
presents an overview of various methods of obtaining metallic layered or semi-layered&#13;
materials, based on the processing of metals and their alloys in the liquid state and in the&#13;
solid state. The paper presents the results of microscopic observations made with the use&#13;
of a metallographic light microscope and a scanning electron microscope. The materials&#13;
presented in the work belong to such groups of materials as “mokume gane”, superlaminates,&#13;
melt spun alloys with amorphous/crystalline and amorphous/amorphous microstructure as&#13;
well as plasma sprayed coatings. The results of these materials indicate that the application&#13;
of the methods provides real potential for shaping the microstructure that can be potentially&#13;
useful for many applications.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of personal self-expression at teen-age. Graffiti is&#13;
recognized to be one of the ways of self-expression as manifestation of subcultural tendencies&#13;
of “street art” of post-industrial urban space. The empiric investigation of discursive-narrative&#13;
performances of today’s teenagers and youth about graffiti is made. The potential of youth&#13;
graffiti as a way of modelling of social-psychological identity of a person in informational&#13;
environment is specified.

<summary type="text">X–ray diffraction studies of Al–Ni–Zr ternary alloy

Alloys of ternary Al-Zr-Ni ternary system of with stoichiometric ratio of Zr, Ni and Al 1:2:5 has&#13;
been studied by X-ray diffraction method at room temperature and in the temperature region&#13;
close to melting point. It is shown that within wide temperature region exists the tendency&#13;
to chemical ordering. The results of investigation allowed refining the crystalline structure of&#13;
ternary intermetallics to calculate an interatomic distances in $ZrNi_{2-x}Al_{5-x}$ phase.

<summary type="text">Характеристика негативных поведенческих проявлений подростков

In the article the author cites the results of an empirical study of gender differences in&#13;
negative behavioral manifestations in adolescents. The complex program of experimental&#13;
work included methods aimed at studying personal behavior, diagnosing interpersonal&#13;
relations, studying the states of aggression, diagnosing aggression, studying mental states&#13;
and personality traits. A factor analysis of the results obtained allowed us to conclude that&#13;
1) gender correlates with aggression; 2) aggressive types of behavior correlate with physical&#13;
aggression; 3) aggression correlates with the general level of aggression, with aggressive&#13;
motivation, verbal aggression and negativism in general; 4) situational characteristics of&#13;
the personality correlate with certain types of behavior. This often makes teenagers socially&#13;
incompetent.
