The papers presents possibilities of a new technique in improvement of people with eyes&#13;
defect life quality usage. The sensor defect and its influence on functioning of person with&#13;
such disability is described. Three areas in which technique influences quality of life person&#13;
with eyes defect are presented and illustrated by examples. The area related to information&#13;
acquisition from Internet – adaptation of computer to blind people needs. The bionic eye&#13;
which allows seeing for a blind person with specific eyes problem and the area of everyday&#13;
life including a camera and a car. The presented subject is very important for people with&#13;
technical education, a specially working in the such discipline as computer science and&#13;
technology. The paper shows how their scientific effort might transform everyday life of&#13;
disable people which require support.

The paper is devoted to the unified approach to the tuning of the digital and analog PI&#13;
controllers with two-degrees-of-freedom by the multiple dominant pole method for&#13;
integrating plants with a time delay on the basis of the D-transform. The approach is fully&#13;
analytical and it enables tuning so that the servo and regulatory responses are non-oscillatory&#13;
without overshoots. The uses of the method are shown in the example.

available. Description of their operation has not been worked out in literature up to now. The&#13;
aim of the paper is to show the basic different equivalent forms of two-degree-of-freedom&#13;
controllers and to explain their operation.
