Artykuł analizuje, jak tradycje kulinarne wpływają na kształtowanie tożsamości regionalnej. Autor podkreśla, że kuchnia jest kluczowym elementem kulturowego dziedzictwa, przekazywanym z pokolenia na pokolenie. The author emphasizes that cuisine is a key element of cultural heritage, passed down through generations. Culinary regionalism arises from unique geographical, historical, and social conditions, leading to the development of distinct culinary traditions. Regionalist movements seeking to preserve local traditions view cuisine not only as an aspect of everyday life but also as a symbol of regional pride and identity. The article presents examples from various regions of the world, such as Tuscany, Provence, Kyushu, Oaxaca, Ireland, and different parts of Poland, illustrating how local culinary traditions reflect the history, culture, and economy of each area. Cuisine, with its specific characteristics and use of local ingredients, serves as a vehicle for cultural heritage and helps resist global homogenization. Stanley Cavell’s reading of Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale Filipczuk, Michał This text provides an overview of various themes related to the desire for nothingness and how this desire manifests in the protagonist of The Winter’s Tale, as interpreted by Stanley Cavell. A particularly novel interpretation proposed by Cavell emphasizes Leontes’ desire for nothingness. In Cavell’s reading, this desire for nothingness is the central problem of the drama. This formulation allows Cavell to identify a new aspect of Leontes’ narcissistic skepticism: a nihilistic dimension linked to the metaphysical problem of existential debt. In this way Cavell’s formulation places Leontes alongside other Shakespearean skeptics that he has examined in his other essays included in the Disowning Knowledge, revealing a new epistemological dimension of Leontes’ attitude, which has often been overlooked in traditional interpretations of The Winter’s Tale. In the last part of the text I’m also dealing with strictly epistemological consequences of Leontes’ nihilism for his attitude toward language. The most important aspect of this is his rejection of shared linguistic norms and commonly accepted criteria of meaning. This is one more aspect of is nihilism. Naczelnym celem badania była analiza stosowanych przez parodystów zabiegów służących dekonstrukcji poszczególnych elementów rosyjskiego dyskursu politycznego oraz określenie funkcji dokonywanych transformacji. Analiza, oparta na metodzie intertekstualnej i osadzona w perspektywie dyskursywnej, pozwoliła wskazać, jak parodie demaskują mechanizmy kreowania rzeczywistości w wypowiedziach politycznych. Praca składa się z części teoretycznej, omawiającej cechy dyskursu politycznego, specyfikę parodii oraz powiązane pojęcia, takie jak intertekstualność czy gra językowa. Uwzględniono także kontekst społeczno-polityczny oraz charakterystykę analizowanych kanałów YouTube. W części analitycznej przedstawiono konkretne techniki dekonstrukcji: sposoby modyfikacji sztamp i haseł politycznych, demaskacji środków językowych służących perswazji i manipulacji, ujawniania technik służących unikaniu odpowiedzi na pytania, przekształcania wypowiedzi precedensowych i znaków niewerbalnych. Rozprawę zamyka synteza wyników z podziałem na strategie i funkcje analizowanych zabiegów.; The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the deconstruction of Russian political discourse in Russian- language internet parodies published on YouTube between 2012-2022. The aim of the study was to examine the strategies employed by parodists to deconstruct particular elements of Russian political discourse and to identify the functions of these transformations. The analysis, based on the method of intertextuality and grounded in a discourseoriented perspective, enabled the identification of the techniques by which parodies revealthe ways of shaping reality in political statements. The work comprises a theoretical part discussing the features of political discourse, the specificity of parody, and related concepts such as intertextuality and language games. It also considers the socio-political context in which the parodies were created as well as the characteristics of the YouTube channels from which the material was sourced. The analytical part presents the techniques of deconstruction, including the modification of political clichés and slogans, the exposure of persuasive and manipulative language means, the unveiling of tactics used to avoid direct answers, as well as the transformation of precedent statements and non-verbal signs. Jej celem jest analiza praktyk i ideologii językowych oraz zarządzania językiem przedstawicieli polskiej diaspory. W pierwszym rozdziale zaprezentowano koncepcję RPJ, przedstawione zostały wyjaśnienia terminologiczne, a także omówiono historię i kierunki badań. Rozdział drugi poświęcony został wyjaśnieniu znaczenia rodziny w planowaniu językowym oraz w utrzymywaniu języków mniejszości. W trzecim rozdziale podjęta została problematyka zbiorowości polskich poza granicami kraju. Omówiono ich status oraz wyjaśniono terminologię używaną do ich opisu. Przedstawione zostały również instytucjonalne formy nauczania języka polskiego i w języku polskim, stanowiące istotny element wspierania języka mniejszości. Czwarty rozdział poświęcony został metodologii badań własnych. Zaprezentowano w nim konceptualizację i organizację badań, a także opisano grupę badanych, składającą się z dwadzieściorga jeden polskich rodziców żyjących za granicą. W rozdziale piątym przedstawiono analizę wyników wywiadów, natomiast w rozdziale szóstym omówiono wyniki badań własnych oraz wnioski z nich płynące. W prezentowanej dysertacji podjęto dyskusję z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami teoretycznymi oraz wskazano możliwości praktycznego zastosowania wyników badań własnych.; The presented doctoral dissertation addresses the issue of family language policy (FLP) of Polish parents living abroad. It aims to analyze the linguistic practices, ideologies, and language management of representatives of the Polish diaspora. Chapter One presents the concept of RPJ, explains the terminology, and discusses the history and directions of the research. Chapter Two was devoted to explaining the importance of the family in language planning and in the maintenance of minority languages. Chapter Three addresses the issue of Polish communities abroad. Their status is discussed, and the terminology used to describe them is explained. Institutional forms of teaching Polish language and in Polish are also presented as an important element of supporting the minority language. Chapter Four was devoted to the methodology of own research. It presents the conceptualisation and organisation of the research, and describes the research group, consisting of twentyone Polish parents living abroad. Chapter Five presents an analysis of the interview results, while Chapter Six discusses the results of the own research and its conclusions. The dissertation presented here undertakes a discussion with previous theoretical findings and identifies possibilities for the practical application of the results of our own research.
