A psychological discourse was presented of the distinctive features of experiencing loneliness by younger adolescents in the context of subjective alienation. The unsatisfied affiliation need and the deficiency congruence of interpersonal relationships of a growing individual were identified as the main determinants of loneliness. Drawing on theoretical reasoning and an empirical research of younger adolescents’ personality constructs, it was shown that experiencing loneliness is primarily associated with the manifestation of an imbalance in personality identification. It was proved that the conscious self-regulation and reflexive control of personal activity contribute to the implementation of the constructive strategies of the subject’s genesis of younger adolescents. The self-confidence has been defined as a positive integrated approach to one’s own opportunities, which perceives success of the socialization, growth of a personality and manifests itself in the psychological health of a specialist. The self-confidence of novice psychologists has been considered as a three-component construct, which includes cognitive, motivational-affective and behavioral components. Self-understanding, autosympathy and spontaneity have been defined as indicators of the development of the components. Empirical research data have stated the prevalence of the average level of the structural components development of this personal formation, which indicates an average level of the self-confidence development of novice psychologists. Psychological conditions of the self-confidence development of novice psychologists have been determined: reflexivity, motivation of achievement, autonomy and coping strategy. These conditions are in a state of dynamic interrelation with the structural components of the phenomenon of self-confidence. Results of the empirical of the conditions have been presented. The presence of positive correlation of the development conditions with the corresponding components of self-confidence has been stated. It has confirmed the hypothesis of this research.
