This paper presents the essence of speech signal analysis performed with use of&#13;
electroglottography. It is an instrumental analysis, which enables presentation of practical&#13;
possibilities of using Laryngograph in the discussed problem area. Advantages of this device&#13;
are clearly described. The main point is that visualization of speech signal with use of Laryngograph&#13;
makes it possible to pick up and recognize its main acoustic and phonetic characteristics&#13;
and to present results in the form of graphic charts. The analysis process performed with the use&#13;
of an add-on computer device is much easier and faster than other methods and ensures higher&#13;
quality. Computer voice registration enables not only visualization of its properties, but also&#13;
objective valuation and its repeatability. This paper also presents issues connected with practical&#13;
advantages of integrated voice diagnosis system Speech Studio.

The article deals with the analytical digital and analog controller tuning method for the first&#13;
order plus time delay plants. The described method is based on the real dominant multiple pole&#13;
and the D-transform. The resultant control process is closed to the marginal non-oscillatory&#13;
course. The application is shown on the example.

The following article concerns the use of information technology at the first level of elementary&#13;
school.&#13;
Pupils who learn technical subjects in elementary school classes have the possibility to&#13;
gain knowledge and develop practical skills adequate for their mental level. The process of&#13;
shaping their attitude towards technology and information technology starts in the elementary&#13;
school. It is indispensable to pay attention to this area of knowledge, as numerous significant&#13;
changes have taken place in education recently. These changes were initiated mainly by the&#13;
introduction of information technology to education and by creation of special IT labs.

The joining of the aluminium with $Al_2O_3$ permits receiving materials with better utilitarian&#13;
properties in the wide range of temperatures. These joints find applications in the new fields&#13;
of technology and industry. In the case of processing of the metal-$Al_2O_3$ joints the important&#13;
problems are obtaining the stable joining and the right wettability between the metal and the&#13;
ceramic, as well as controlling the phenomena which can occur at the interface.&#13;
The subject of the paper is the analysis of the chosen physical and chemical factors which&#13;
influence the formation of the stable metal/ceramic joints. Moreover, the phenomena which can&#13;
occur at the metal-ceramic interface are discussed.
