The scientific achievements of professor Urban concentrate around the threats of social maladjustment and disorders in the behaviour of children and adolescents (range of the phenomenon, typologies, diagnosing, conditioning and prevention), prevention in educational institutions and local environment and around improving the functioning of the rehabilitative institutions based on new theoretical and methodical concepts.
