Introduction. Sexuality is an integral part of every human being's existence independent on race, religion or physical aptitude. It can be treated and realized in many different ways by an individual, and can be influenced by a number of biopsychosocial factors. In people with disabilities the presence of these factors and their effect appears as a consequence of the state and psychophysical condition of the organism. Study group and research procedure. 62 people were studied, where men and women were nearly equal in numbers. The studied people selection was deliberate, each person was diagnosed with infantile cerebral palsy and was within the planned age range (between 15 and 25 y.o.). All the surveyed people stayed in their intellectual norm. One research tool was used: Infantile Cerebral Palsy Victims Sexual Behaviour Manifestations Research Survey by Czapla and Otrębski (KBPZS-MPD). Results: the results achieved show that half of the studied people is undertaking selected manifestations of sexuality, and their range is differentiated by such factors as age, sex, or movement functioning level. Men more often than women undertake autoerotic behaviours, while people able to move on their own more often undertake some of the sexual behaviour requiring interaction with other person. Conclusions: Half of the people with infantile cerebral palsy has yet to experience their first sexual behaviours. The results of this study indicate very clearly that there is an educational space, which is mostly neglected and requiring much effort from professionals in order to help discover and experience own sexuality by people with infantile cerebral palsy.en_EN
