dc.description.abstractArctics remains a region where environmental changes are very dynamic. At first, it was successfully deterring people with climate severity. Because of globalization and global warming, which caused transformations in shape of the environment, now it more available and reachable, thus what made North desirable location by other arctic countries. Unregulated rules of property, conflicts over natural resources, and apparent science researches make Arctics an international political arena. The purpose of this article is discussing postulations of every arctic countries. Analysis of material has led to enunciation if the word “Arctics” can actually mean progressive, and in the near future, formal international conflict.en
