Zieleń miejska w dzielnicy Podgórze Duchackie w Krakowie – własność gruntów, zagospodarowanie i ocena mieszkańców

Abstract

Przedmiotem pracy jest zagospodarowanie przestrzenne obszarów zieleni miejskiej w dzielnicy Podgórze Duchackie w Krakowie. Głównym celem opracowania jest identyfikacja zagospodarowania przestrzennego obszarów zieleni miejskiej na terenie dzielnicy Podgórze Duchackie w Krakowie oraz ustalenie zależności poziomu tego zagospodarowania z strukturą własności gruntów. Ważnym celem pracy było także poznanie opinii mieszkańców na temat zagospodarowania terenów zieleni miejskiej badanej dzielnicy. Choć badania terenowe wykazały, że obszary zieleni miejskiej Podgórza Duchackiego są dostatecznie zagospodarowane to na terenie dzielnicy jest jednak wiele przestrzeni, które można poprawić. Obszary te należą do różnych właścicieli. W odniesieniu do własności można zauważyć, iż obszary zieleni miejskiej ogólnodostępnej takiej jak parki i zieleńce to przede wszystkim własność Gminy Kraków. W opinii mieszkańców natomiast obszarów zieleni miejskiej jest za mało, a ich zagospodarowanie nie należy do najlepszych. Podjęcie tej tematyki wydaje się bardzo istotne z uwagi na bardzo duży odsetek mieszkańców miasta, którzy korzystają z terenów zielonych. Spośród osób, które wzięły udział w badaniu ankietowym niemal wszyscy (99,2%) przyznali, że przebywają w przestrzeniach zieleni miejskiej, natomiast 96,9% respondentów korzysta z zieleni miejskiej na terenie Podgórza Duchackiego.

The subject of the work is the spatial development of urban green areas in the Podgórze Duchackie district in Krakow. The main aim is the identification of the spatial development of green areas in the district and checking the correlation between the development and the ownership structure of land. Getting to know the residents opinion on the spatial development of green areas of the district has been another important aim of the study. The field work proved that the green areas are developed well enough, however there are still many places which can be improved. In terms of ownership the public green areas of the district belong to the Krakow Commune. In the inhabitants opinion there are to few green areas in the district and their development is not so good. The investigation of the subject seem to be important because of the significant number of inhabitants who use the green areas, among all respondents over 99% proved they spend time in green areas of the city.
