dc.description.abstract | In nearly every student’s imagination such a character. But for students of pedagogical types
of studies, this imaginary character should be of utmost importance, as it represents what
they will strive to achieve when set in role of a teacher in the near future. To try reaching
for perfection, firstly you need to have an idea of what this perfection looks like. Therefore,
what qualities should the perfect lecturer feature? This article presents theoretical basis of
a lecture according to current literature, viewed through the eyes of both student and
lecturer. Conclusion brings together a shortlist of positive characteristics a perfect lecturer
