Analiza możliwości lokalizacji elektrowni wiatrowych

Abstract

A real estimation of usefulness of selected areas for wind turbine localization is one of the most important decisions in the investment process in wind energy industry. Wind turbine can be located in areas of high wind speed that are located on the Polish coast, in the north – east and the south part of Poland. It is possible to locate wind turbines in one-third of Poland’s territory, because there are wind conditions good enough for investments. In other parts of Poland installing could be economically profitable. In this publication, economic and financial aspects of wind energy projects are presented.
