| dc.description.abstract | Recently, the market of display devices was enriched with a new group of devices called
electronic paper (e-book). In this paper, technologies enabling the realization of this type
of systems, their physical bases of functioning and parameters possible to obtain are
introduced.
Also, the direction of development of new e-readers is described. Special attention is paid to
colourful e-readers.
Simultaneously, it is showed what change in education systems as well as our everyday life
