dc.description.abstractNowadays, the business services outsourcing market is developing extremely quickly not only in Poland, but also around the world. This development was caused by business entities creating the most correct business models, which allow the use of external resources. It turns out this the appearance of outsourcing has brought not only a visible reduction in costs, but also to increase efficiency. Undoubtedly, this trend can be used by Social cooperatives, of which there are more and more in Poland every year. Social cooperatives as social enterprises, they are increasingly starting to play an important role in local communities communities, also as an entity and even a business partner for companies that decide for outsourcing.en
