The publication was introduced in issues related to the design of the power plant that uses tidal energy. Technological issues affecting the amount of energy produced in a power plant with a horizontal axis using tidal energy were described. The local angle of adjustment and the optimal distribution of the chord and the power of the rotor built from the proposed blades were counted. During aerodynamic analyzes, the factors of lift and inhibition were counted. The analysis of the blade element method enabled obtaining information on the actual power of the designed rotor of an ocean power plant with a horizontal axis of rotation.en
