Abstract

W artykule autorka ukazuje znaczenie komunikacji społecznej jako kompetencji kluczowej dla życia człowieka. Opisuje jej rolę w życiu człowieka mierzącego się ze zmianami dokonującymi się w stylu życia współczesnego społeczeństwa. Optymalny czas dla rozwoju tej kompetencji autorka dostrzega w dzieciństwie, w rodzinie i edukacji przedszkolnej, czyli w pierwszych latach życia, kiedy budowane są rozwojowe fundamenty w tym zakresie. Podkreśla potrzebę budowania wzorca podmiotowej komunikacji od pierwszych lat życia, ukazując ich wagę dla opanowywania wzorców komunikacyjnych, otwartości na dialog, szacunku dla rozmówcy i opanowania sztuki słuchania. Przybliża umowę jako metodę wychowania, sprzyjającą wprowadzaniu człowieka w świat porozumienia opartego na dialogu i podmiotowych wzorcach.

In her article, the author shows the importance of social communication as a key competence for human life. She describes its role in the life of a person facing the changes that are taking place in the lifestyle of modern society. The author sees the optimal time for the development of this competence in childhood, in the family and preschool education, that is, in the first years of life, where the developmental foundations in this area are built. She emphasizes the need to build a pattern of subjective communication from the first years of life, showing their importance for mastering communication patterns, openness to dialogue, respect for the interlocutor and mastering the art of listening. He introduces the contract as a method of education conducive to bringing a person into the world of understanding based on dialogue and subjective patterns.
