Abstract

The article discusses issues connected with the security of credit transactions. The authors place the analysis of the credit system in the broader context of banking supervision that is responsible for the proper functioning of the entire system. The article Security of credit transactions in the light of regulations of banking supervision discusses the restrictions that concern granting credits and presents the outline of the banking system in Poland.
