The article discusses the most important issues connected with the energy security of Poland. In the contemporary world, energy security became the basis for the national security of every country. The problem particularly concerns countries that lack sufficient potential to ensure energy self-sufficiency. Poland is among such countries. The article Energy security as the basis for the contemporary national security of Poland analyzes the current state of the energy security in Poland.
