dc.description.abstractThe development of alloys and ceramic joining technology in modem scopes of industry is largely related to the study of the conditions technology of joining the materials of different physical and chemical properties. The effect of the procedure of heating on the bond strength properties, wettability and stmcture of interface in the AlSi11/AI2O3 joints was investigated. Contact angles were measured by the sessile drop technique under vacuum. The bond strength of joints were determined using the push-off test. The AlSi11/AI2O3 interface was analyzed using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscope (SEM).en_EN
