Abstract

The aim of the elaboration is to present the image of Associate Professor Bożena Grochmal- Bach as an example of a doctor and special pedagogue, whose scientific achievements in the range of medicine and pedagogy has been written in the development of theoretical and practical elaborations on the rehabilitation/revalidation of disabled people. The text underlines transdisciplinary aspect of the scientific interests of Bożena Grochmal-Bach, which is in agreement with the modern trends of treatment, rehabilitation, care and education of people with different types and ranges of disabilities, in the perspective of normalisation of their lives, inclusion and alienations prevention.
