Abstract

The article presents the role of territorial military authorities in the state structures of command operating in the conspiracy. Analyzed the Polish experience of World War II and the creation of territorial structures Home Army (Armed Forces in the country). It also presents the concept of the territorial authorities of territorial defense command and prepare them for the transition to the underground struggle and command actions territorial irregular forces against the occupation.
