Abstract

In face of a crisis situation, public administration institutions take steps towards maintaining security. It consists in preventing crisis situations and preparing to control such situations, following the established procedures, as well as reacting in the case of crisis situations, eliminating their results, and rebuilding the critical resources and infrastructure. Crisis management is simply a coordinated and planned action aimed at preventing a crisis situation that might threaten the security, or eliminating its effects.
