dc.description.abstractThe evidence of slaw discharge currents in PbZrO[3] near the phase change is given. Current measurements were carried out in the temperature range 180°C-280°C. The results prove the existence of three exponentially decaying polarization components. The absolute value of the total polarization and its components depends on polarization duration, field strength and temperature. For any given temperature and field strength total polarization may be saturated. Total polarization and its components have activation character. Relaxation time values of the components distinctly decrease with temperature increase and are of order 10^2, 10^3 and 10^5 sec respectively.en_EN
