dc.description.abstract | Temperature depedence of dielectric constant ε, electric conductivity, Seebeck's coefficient, were studied around
the morphotropic boundary of the solution. On the ground of polaron theory of transport, charge carrier
concentration n and mobility were calculated with the use experimental data on electric conductivity and Seebeck's
coefficient reported here.
The results show a depedence of the electrical parameters /(ε, δ, α, n, μ) on the composition of the Pb/Zr[x]Ti[1-
x]/O[3] solution and clear evidence of their anomalies at the morphotropic boundary (x ≈ 0.53) separating the
tetragonal phase from rhomboedric. | en_EN |
