Preliminary results of the hydrology research conducted in the Sugnugurin-gol Basin in summer 1977 are presented. Morphometric as well as physical — geographical parameters of the Basin are summarized. Basing upon continuous observation of water levels and flowrate measuring, the consumption curve was obtained and main hydrology characteristics for the research period tabulated, i.e. total outflow, average flowrate and exstreme flowrates, average unit flow and unit flows for extreme flowrates. Proportions of rain supply to other supply sources were defined. Correlation of the active bed (permafrost) melting rate to the capacity of underground water reservoir was found.en_EN
