dc.description.abstractThe influence of the admixture of 3% $PbO$, 1% $La_2O_3$ and 1% $Nb_2O_5$ on the electric properties (electric permeability, electric conductivity, Seebeck coeficient and current - voltage, current - time characteristics) of the solid solution $(Pb_{0,95}Sr_{0,05})$ $(Zr_{0,53}Ti_{0,47})O_3$ was investigated. The results obtained were used to find and determine the type of conductivity, and the activation energy of the charge carries. An attempt was made to apply the theory of space - charge limited currents to the analysis of selective characteristics of the materials tested.en_EN
