Budowa histologiczna środkowej i tylnej części jajowodu salamandry plamistej Salamandra salamandra (L.) w okresie poprzedzającym owulację

Abstract

The experiments on histological structure of median and posterior part of sexual maturity females of spotted salamander — Salamandra salamandra (L.) were made. Apart from making micrometrically preparations, the studies assumpted measurement of oviduct division, height and breadth of longitudinnal folds of mucosa as well as height of ciliar epithelium during various periods of investigations. The studies were made in 3 periods of females life i.e. after leav hibernation place during the initial period of larvas begetting (2nd decade of april), during mass larvas begetting (2nd decade of May) and during previous period to ovulation (1st decade of June). During of all the period of studies, fundamental differences in histological structure between median and posterior division of oviduct of spotted sallamander have been found. In the median part of oviduct some changes in indyvidual layers occured. During the period of initaial begetting of larvas after thickness of vallum increased, in the 2nd decade of May slight decrease occurs, after which in the 1st decade of June increase takes place again. The maximum of height and breadth of longitudinal folds of mucosa falls in previous period to ovulation. The highest development posterior part of oviduct evolution falls in period of mass larvas begetting. In the 1st decade of June-just before ovulation, the thickness of vollum of oviduct as well as height and breadth of ciliar epithelium decrease.
