dc.description.abstractThis work concerns ferroelectric phenomena in monocrystals BaTiO[3]. Influence of light illumination on electric conductivity and on phase transition temperature was studied in particular. It was found that illumination causes the shift of the phase transition temperature toward slower values by 10-15°K and the decrease of the temperature hysteresis parameters by 4-6°K.en_EN
