Obserwacje czerwców (Coccinea) szklarniowych w krakowskim Ogrodzie Botanicznym UJ w okresie 40-lecia (1958-1998)

Abstract

The paper contains the results of 40-years of the author’s studies on the green-house scale insects in the Botanical Garden in Cracow. Thirty nine scale insects species have been collected, including seventeen species new to Polish fauna. Additionally, the author describes methods of biological as well as chemical fighting with scale insects, which have been used in the Botanical Garden in Cracow.
