dc.description.abstract | The temperature dependences of dielectrical permitivity and the electric conductivity for Pb(Zr[1-x]Ti[x])O[3] single crystals have been investigated. The additional evidence, for the existence of the tricritical points have been obtained in the low x-range on the T-x phase diagram of this solid solutions. On the base of obtained results and the literature data for X-ray structural investigations the hypothesis have been made. That the point of crossing lines on the phase diagram estimated the transitions into paraelectric phase and the morphotropic boundary is a dual crytical point and on the right-hand side is a tricritical point. | en_EN |
