This work is a theoretical introduction to the problem of the phenomenology of phase transition. A particular attention was paid to the characterization of ferroelectric transitions of the kind of order-disorder. The thermodynamic, theory of the phase transitions of the II order, proposed by Landau and developed by Ginzburg and Devonshire, as well as the theory for transitions of the I order are presented. Certain limits for Landau theory are characterized shortly.en_EN
