dc.description.abstract | Training placements are an integral part of pedagogical education of future teachers. The
role of those placements is very important, concerning the organizers, like the Ministry of Education,
the Academy, the Institute, and the candidate for this tough and demanding profession
alike. Evaluation of the young staff preparation is indispensable, taking into consideration the
dynamics of didactic and educational processes; therefore students’ opinions were gathered
and analyzed, then conclusions were drawn, in order to correct placement programmes and to
improve teacher education. This article summarizes research conducted immediately after the
