Аксиолингвистические аспекты концептуализации закона и справедливости в русском языковом сознании

Abstract

This is the first attempt to describe the valuable aspects of the law and justice conceptualization in the post-Soviet-era period of Russian linguistic perception. The article illustrates the reflection some ethic concepts in the Language. Our analysis has uncovered certain value-laden connotations of the low and justice in Russian consciousness. Our study of the axiological aspect of the law and justice as a concepts is revealed that the value system of Soviet ideology is being rehabilitated. The concept of justice as a value has priority over concept of the low. This was demonstrated by the discursive practices of the last decade, which suggests partial «resovetization» of Russian linguistic culture.
