The article describes the command structure of the international military police platoon of UNDOF. It focuses on
the chain of command, the transfer of information, and formal and informal relations and dependencies among
soldiers from various countries serving in one unit. All information, data, and other systems pertain to 2006
unless indicated otherwise. I have also drawn from my experience serving in the military police units of the United
Nations at Golan Heights while preparing this dissertation. The results of description show that the command
structure is significantly influenced by a multinational environment.
