Dokumenty ciągłe w polskich bibliotekach cyfrowych – użycie zasobu i sposoby prezentacji treści

Abstract

Magazines are an important part, and for some digital libraries even a majority of digital resource. Individual issues of old titles are scattered throughout many institutions and disseminated independently, often without any connections allowing for locating other parts of the resource. The effects of the dispersion can be minimized, however. The results of the digitalization projects show variety in the way of approaching the resource. Comparing the approaches with the aspects of delivering the resource can help with selecting adequate methods of creating and describing the presented documents in order to facilitate their use in the future.
