| dc.description.abstract | The article discusses the issue of provenance research on the basis of bookplates from
Małopolska and Lviv, found in books from the old prints collection of the Main Library of the
Wrocław University of Economics. The article presents the process of creating the collection,
and the history of provenance research, and describes particular bookplates of Małopolska
and Lviv libraries. Emphasis is also put on the significance of digital libraries as means of
allowing access to old prints to the wide audience, and as tools of presenting bookplates to
librarians for research purposes. | en |
