Abstract

Processes prosecuted by polish nobles, can be treated as important sources in a research concentrated on close relationships between married couples, their relatives, collaterals and attendants. The specific of daily life can be shown in a different way, having regard to methods of troubleshoot. It had also a strong influence for relationships in a nobles home space. Juridical archival materials let us better recognise most frequent reasons of family feuds, conflicts, ways of arguments mitigation, argumentation, and methods of solving the problems. Preserved documents show also a wide range how Polish, Lithuanian and common law functioned in XVIII century.
