Bezpieczeństwo ekologiczne w polityce inwestycyjnej gmin powiatu olkuskiego w latach 2011–2015

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono bezpieczeństwo ekologiczne jako obszar polityki inwestycyjnej gmin powiatu olkuskiego w latach 2011–2015. Zaprezentowano nakłady inwestycyjne gmin w zakresie ochrony powietrza i klimatu oraz gospodarki ściekowej. Przeanalizowano też ich postępy w rozbudowie lokalnej infrastruktury ochrony środowiska, która jest jednym z kluczowych elementów lokalnego bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego. Cel badań udało się zrealizować dzięki analizie dokumentów gminnych oraz danych dostępnych dla tych podmiotów w Banku Danych Lokalnych. Wyniki analiz umożliwiły przedstawienie wniosków i prognoz dotyczących dalszego rozwoju w zakresie bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego gmin powiatu olkuskiego w perspektywie średniookresowej.

The article presents ecological safety as an area of investment policy of the local governments of the Olkusz district in 2011–2015. The article present municipal investment expenditures in the field of air and climate protection and waste water management. It also analyzes

their progress in extending local environmental infrastructure, which is one of the key elements of local ecological security. The goal of the research was achieved through analysis of municipal documents and statistical data available to these entities in the Local Data Bank. The results of the analyses enabled us to draw conclusions and forecasts on the further development of ecological security issues for the communes of the Olkusz district in the medium term.
