The brasses containing 6 and 11 wt. % of Mn were quenched from the β phase range and cold rolled. Then, samples were annealed at the temperature range 450-600°C leading to the α+β structure and the grain size 3,5 μm. Tensile tests of alloys containing 6-11% Mn showed good superplastic properties at temperature 500°C where the value of strain rate sensitivity coefficient m attained values of 0.65 for the alloy containing 6% Mn and 0.64 for the alloy containing 11% Mn.en_EN
