Dr Jan Pilecki

Abstract

Jan Pilecki, PhD - special pedagogue, head of the Chair of Special Pedagogy in the years 1994- 1997. He published more than 100 articles and chapters in journals and joint publications, concentrating mainly on the issue of psychosocial development of children and adolescents with intellectual disability. An author and co-author of 15 monographic works. Organiser of numerous sessions and scientific conferences with the international, national and regional range. Strongly connected scientific activity with didactic and organisational work on educating special pedagogues and improving the system of special education.
