Abstract

This article is referring to the issue of prosecution of people responsible for the war crimes, crimes against humanity committed during the Second World War. Authors are questioning whether it is permissible to conduct prosecution based on currently existing law. They also discussed whether it is possible to refer to legal regime existing just after the crimes were committed.
