Abstract

Human life is a sequence of more or less successful adaptive processes determined by both endogenous and exogenous conditions. Within the group of such conditions, a person chooses their own ways of acting, which are not always optimal and very often harmful for the human and environment, to such an extent that can end with homelessness and/or beggary. The paper tries to present a complicated life of a man (individual case study) and especially the connections between undergoing a prison sentence and adapting to the conditions of isolation, going back to the open environment as well as functioning within it. Most of all, the paper tries to present the connections between homelessness, beggary and other pathological behaviors, and criminal behavior of the man.
