Abstract

Tematem pracy doktorskiej jest szlachta województwa krakowskiego w dobie wojny północnej. Konstrukcja tekstu ma układ chronologiczno-problemowy. Rozpoczyna ją charakterystyka sytuacji politycznej i militarnej Rzeczpospolitej, z uwzględnieniem specyfiki województwa krakowskiego w łatach 1696-1700. Problematyka dotycząca szlachty w dobie wojny północnej została podzielona pod względem chronologicznym na cztery części - pierwszą do 1703 r., drugą obejmującą lata 1704-1706, trzecią lata 1707-1709 i czwartą rok 1710. We wszystkich zostają omówione takie zagadnienia, jak stosunek szlachty do zagrożeń wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych państwa, do polityki dworu i obozów politycznych usytuowanych po stronie zarówno Augusta II, jak i Stanisława Leszczyńskiego. Został też przedstawiony wysiłek zbrojny i udział w działaniach wojennych szlachty województwa krakowskiego. Końcowa część tekstu to ukazanie funkcjonowania organów samorządowych, głównie sejmiku oraz najważniejszych urzędów urzędów administracyjnych i sądowniczych, a także podstaw ekonomicznych szlachty w warunkach wojennych. W pracy znajduje się obszerny aneks poszerzający tekst.

The subject of doctor's paper is the gentry (nobility) of Cracow's in the times of the northern war. The construction of the text has a chronological-problematic arrangement. It begins with the characteristics of the political and military situation of the Republic of Poland, with the specific situation of the Cracow Voivodeship period of 1696-1700. The problems, connected with gentry of the times of the northern war was divided on the chronological basis on four parts - the first one till, the second within the period of 1704-1706, the third period 1707-1709 and fourth year 1710. In all periods there are still such topics to be discussed as, the relation of gentry (nobility) to interior and outside endargements of the state, to the politics of court and political groups, situated on the sides of both of August II (the second) and Stanislav Leszczyński. It was also discussed the military effort and the participation of the gentry (nobility) of Cracow Voivodeship in this war. The final part of the text is, to talk over the functioning of the local parlamentary organs of gentry, mainly the council, and the most important administrative and judical offices, and also the economic basis of the gentry (nobility) in war conditions. In the paper, also be a wide annexe broadening the text.
