Kwalifikacje zawodowe pracowników dojeżdżających do przemysłu w ośrodkach województwa krakowskiego

Abstract

The theme of the work is analysis of demand of industrial establishments for outside labour according to sex, age and qualifications and the influence of these establishments on the differenciation of the demographic and socio- ecnomic structure within the centres of production and in the hinterland villages. Investigations carried out in industrial establishments concerning over 20th. commutors — i.e. about 1/3 outside labour employed in 71 Cracov district centres showed that labour demand in industry was indirect dependence on the specific character of work, traditions of work, kinds of technological processes and also on organisation of work and on professional training. These factors as well as workers' fluctuation and the quality of labour supplied by to hinterland determine various types of employment structure in different branches of industry.
