On the slopes of the Przedborsk-Małogoszcz Range and on the valley sides, fragments of terrace planations have been
discovered. These planations are built up of sediments of glacial, fluvial and solifluxial accumulation. They are
cames terraces, their genesis being closely connected with the adhesion of the dead-ice sheets to the Range’s
slopes. The manifest continuity of the glacial structures as well as the good preservation of the cames terraces,
particularly on the north-eastern side of the Przedborsk-Małogoszcz Range, have permitted to determine the time at
which these forms had originated: this happened namely during the deglaciation period of the maximal stage of the
Central Polisch glaciation. As a result, this has permitted to shift the extent of this glaciation further south,
beyond the border line determined by some previous researchers.
