Некоторые вопросы оптимизации организационных структур промышленных предприятии

Abstract

Methods of optimization of organisation structures of the plants are nearly the most complex problems of the whole theory of control of large scale systems of technological process. Taking into consideration the complexity of such systems, existance of several alternatives of possible solutions, probabilistic aspects of the problem and so on, as a final result it yields in that the synthesis of the problem as a whole, is rather an art than the science, at least at the present stage of the problem. Besides, the well known methods of optimization of large scale systems do not provide the adequate information to estmate the quality of control in designed system, in time domain. In this paper the autors suggest some engineering method of analysis and synthesis of organisation structures, based on the theory of linear tracking control systems, with application of entropical and correlational criteria.
