Electric properties of the compound Na1−xNbO3−0.5x for 0<x<0.1 were studied. Influence of Na2O deficit on
the sinter temperature on phase transition on dielectric and semiconducting properties of the ceramic materials of
the type Na1−xNbO3−0.5x was studied. Anomalous behavior of ε , Tsp, TC for x=0.05 was observed. Influence
of oxygen deficit on phase transition in crystals NaNbO3 was also studied. It was found that together within
creasing oxygen increases electric conductivity and decreases temperature of phase transition.
