dc.description.abstractElectric properties of the compound $Na_{1-x}NbO_{3-0.5x}$ for 0<x<0.1 were studied. Influence of $Na_2O$ deficit on the sinter temperature on phase transition on dielectric and semiconducting properties of the ceramic materials of the type $Na_{1-x}NbO_{3-0.5x}$ was studied. Anomalous behavior of ε , $T_{sp}$, $T_C$ for x=0.05 was observed. Influence of oxygen deficit on phase transition in crystals $NaNbO_3$ was also studied. It was found that together within creasing oxygen increases electric conductivity and decreases temperature of phase transition.en_EN
