Profesor Adam Dziurzyński (1887-1970) życie i dorobek naukowo-dydaktyczny

Abstract

The article was prepared on the occasion of the hundredth anniversary of the birthday of professor Adam Dziurzyński. It contains a life-sketch of A. Dziurzyński end the list of his publications. A. Dziurzyński was a well-known didactician of biology and an esteemed research worker, an entomologist. He was the creator of the faculty of biology in the Pedagogical University of Kraków and the head of the Zoological Department of it. He was a person of merit in the field of the education of biology teachers.
