The influence of alloy in additions on the deformability and structure evolution of alloys based on $Ni_3Al$ intermetallic phase was investigated. The addition of such elements as chromium (8 at. %) and iron (2 at. %) or chromium (5 at. %) and titanium (5 at %) to the $Ni_3Al$ intermetallic compound enables plastic deformation of the NiAICrFe and NiAlCrTi alloys within a limited range of temperatures and strain rates.
The sequences of structural changes in lamellar (NiAICrFe) and dendritic (NiAlCrTi) structures were correlated with mechanical characteristics (σ-ε) investigated in high-temperature compression tests. The high strength of the alloys at the range of temperatures 800-900 K for the NiAICrFe and 1100-1200 K for the NiAlCrTi alloys is promising in terms of their application prospects for elements of instruments designed for use in high temperatures.
