dc.description.abstractThe authors of the publication are teachers of the University with a long tradition of teacher defence training. Focusing on the quality in pedagogical specialisation, we create the space for an indispensable, permanent and comprehensive cooperation possibly among all schools of higher education which are engaged in similar pedagogical activities in the country. What needs to be emphasized is the didactic and academic identity of our organisational units, preserving own values in order to build the foundations of quality culture, including the system of inner evaluation of the quality of teaching. Proposed improvements are necessary for the institutions educating new teaching staff, which definitely demands fast implementation, nationwide consultations and coordination. The final conclusion consists in providing two definitions of quality. “Quality” is a way of thinking, which affects our constant search and implementation of best solutions. “Quality” is a permanent process of institutional improvement. Thus working together in the new corporate culture and taking into consideration synergy effect, we can work better and more efficiently.en_EN
